Perezida wa Repubulika, Paul Kagame avuga ko kugira ngo umuntu yirinde guhangayika (‘stress’ mu ndimi z’amahanga), bisaba gushyira ku murongo ibyo akora, gukora siporo, kutagaburira umubiri ibyo ubonye byose; anavuga ko hari igihe biba ngombwa akanywa ku binyobwa bisembuye (alcohol).
Ibi Perezida Kagame yabigarutseho kuri uyu wa Kabiri tariki 04 Nyakanga 2023, ubwo yatangaga ikiganiro kuri Radio na Televiziyo by’u Rwanda, cyagarutse ku ngingo zitandukanye ubwo u Rwanda rwizihiza umunsi wo Kwibohora ku nshuro ya 29.
Abajijwe ibyarinda abantu guhangayika (stress) n’umubyibuho ukabije, Perezida Kagame yahereye ku kuba hari benshi ngo bahora bisobanura ko bibagiwe gukora zimwe mu nshingano basabwa, ndetse bamwe bakaza bagaragaza ko bananiwe nyamara nta kintu bakoze; avuga ko ibanga ryo kurwanya uko guhangayika ari ugushyira ku murongo inshingano umuntu afite, hanyuma agahera ku z’ingenzi kandi icyo akora akabanza kukirangiza neza.
Mu bindi birwanya ’stress’ yakomeje asobanura, harimo gukora siporo zitandukanye, kwirinda kugaburira umubiri ibintu byose ubonye kuko ngo hari abawugaburira ibintu bibi, byarangiza bikabangiza.
Ati:
“Burya inda utagaburiye iguha ubuzima bwiza kurusha iyo wagaburiye ibintu bibi, iyo ushyize ibintu bibi mu mubiri bikugiraho ingaruka byanze bikunze, biriya abantu bavuga ngo ntibabona ibyo bafungura ariko bakabona amafaranga yo kugura inzoga, na byo hari ukutavugisha ukuri.”
Yongeyeho ati:
“Aho guhitamo kunywa inzoga wabwiriwe, kuki ya mafaranga udahitamo kuyashakamo icyo ufungura aho kubwirirwa? Byose biterwa no mu mutwe w’abantu, ariko hari ibintu bimwe wagira utya ugashyira ku ruhande ’stress’ ikagabanuka.”
Umukuru w’Igihugu yakomeje asobanura ko hari ’stress’ iterwa no kutaruhuka (umunaniro), kuko benshi ngo bahora mu kazi ariko ntibagire umwanya wo kuruhuka no kwiyitaho.
Perezida Kagame yavuze kandi ku ibanga rituma ahora ameze neza agira ati:
“Siporo ndayikora, mpitamo ibyo mfungura, ntabwo ndya ibibonetse byose, navuga ko n’izi za alukoro (alcohol) zica abantu nta (……), keretse ku munsi mukuru cyangwa naje iwawe ukanzimanira, nkafata ikirahure kimwe. Ibindi akazi ndagakora uko mbishoboye ariko ngira n’umwanya wo kuruhuka; nkajya muri siporo cyangwa nkaganira n’abantu.”
Perezida Kagame avuga kandi ko muri uko kuruhuka anabonera umwanya umuryango we, anavuga ko iyo hari ibibazo bimukomereye kandi ari we bireba ugomba kubikemura, arabanza agatuza akirinda byacitse, ubundi agakemura ibishoboka mu gihe aba ategura kureba uko yakemura ibitakemukiraho.
